While this image is well-formatted and easy to read, it is technically incorrect. With the players lined up as drawn, the center is an eligable reciever, not the inside Tight End. For the highlighted players to be eligable, the inside TE would have to be one step behind the line of scrimmage, and the WR on the otherside would have to be lined up on the line of scrimmage. Either alignment is legal, and both have probably been used, but the specific highlighted players are not all eligable in that specific alignment.
