Fair use rationale[edit]

This image is tagged as a copyrighted screenshot, but the "fair use" rationale is invalid for use in the Bruno Langley article. The rationale states that there is "no free alternative available", but this is not the case, since Bruno Langley is a living person.

See Wikipedia:Non-free content, Unacceptable use, Images, Point 12: "Pictures of people still alive, groups still active, and buildings still standing; provided that taking a new free picture as a replacement (which is almost always considered possible) would serve the same encyclopedic purpose as the non-free image."

It just may be valid for use in the Todd Grimshaw article (since the screenshot is a picture of the character in Coronation Street), but that is about it. Therefore, I will remove it from Bruno Langley, and request that it be replaced with a free image. Leevclarke (talk) 11:26, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
