Clearfork

Clearfork is a mixed-use development on 470 acres (1,900,000 m2) in Fort Worth, Texas, part of the larger Edwards Ranch development.[1] Clearfork consists of over 1,000,000 sq ft (92,903 m2) across eight structures.[2]

It includes Simon Malls-operated The Shops at Clearfork, a 500,000 sq ft (46,452 m2)[3] shopping and dining complex anchored by a 90,000 sq ft (8,361 m2)[4] Neiman Marcus, which moved its store here in February 2017 from Ridgmar Mall. Two office buildings totaling 120,000 sq ft (11,000 m2) are located above the shopping area, which includes many high-end and luxury retailers such as Louis Vuitton, Tory Burch, Tiffany & Co., Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Z Gallerie and Arhaus.[5]
