The fourteenth series of the British television drama series Waterloo Road was announced along with series 13 and 15 by the BBC in August 2023. It was confirmed in the press release that it would comprise eight episodes and that filming would commence that same year.[1]
On 27 February 2024, an additional press release from the BBC revealed new and returning cast members for series 14, including actor and comedian Jason Manford as new Headteacher, Steve Savage. In the same article it was confirmed that the series would be transmitted later in 2024.[2][3]
