The Oklahoma Central Railroad is a corporation of the State of Oklahoma, having its principal office at Muskogee, Okla. It is controlled by the Santa Fe through ownership of trustee's certificates of deposit representing ownership of a majority of its capital stock. On the other hand, the records reviewed indicate that the company itself does not control any other common-carrier corporation. The property of the Oklahoma Central Railroad has always been operated under lease by the Santa Fe.
