Summary

Description
English: Armstrong Whitworth 0-4-0DE No.2 (works no. D22 of 1933) lurks in the gloom of Marley Hill Shed on the Tanfield Railway. This locomotive is the regular pilot engine at Marley Hill. No. 14, a Hawthorn Leslie 0-4-0ST (works no. 3056 of 1914) from Hetton Colliery is also visible to the rear of the shed.
