DescriptionBurton Union fermentation system, Coors Visitor Centre - geograph.org.uk - 476438.jpg
English: Burton Union fermentation system, Coors Visitor Centre This eponymous system was once widely used in Burton-upon-Trent and is still used by Marstons in their traditional tower brewery. This set is preserved and visible from the public road passing Coors Visitor Centre.
Another eponymous geographically named fermentation system is the "Yorkshire square" - one brewery in Tadcaster still uses that system.
