Description	This file is the Logo for the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles, which is a Wikipedia entry that I added information to and am trying to improve the entry as a whole by adding things like a logo.

Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	I will only be using this file one time, to show the logo towards the top of the page, as this article does not have any pictures at all, I believe this logo will improve the article as a whole.
