Image released by Interpol as part of the Interpol-United Nations Security Council Special Notice, claiming fair use as this is the only publicly available photograph of Chotta Rajan. Since Interpol is an intergovernmental organization and not a commercial content provider, use of this image is unlikely to have any negative effect on its market value.
