Fair use for Stingray (NBC TV series)[edit]

This image is being linked on the above page; though the picture is subject to copyright. I (MJBurrage) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of the shows logo;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner’s rights to sell the show (on-air or DVDs etc.) in any way.
