English: Terry Lewis Gardiner (born August 12th, 1950) is an American businessman and former politician. A native of Ketchikan, Alaska, Gardiner served as a Democratic member of the Alaska House of Representatives from 1973 to 1983. He served as House speaker during his fourth term. First elected at age 22, Gardiner is both the youngest-ever member of the Alaska Legislature and the youngest-ever speaker. After leaving politics, he started a fisheries business called "Silver Lining Seafoods".
