English: The Stoa of King Eumenes II of Pergamum in Athens, 2nd cent. B.C. It was destroyed in the 3rd cent. A.D. after the invasion of the Heruli and was used as a building material for the Late Roman fortifications of the city. It was incorporated in the 13th cent. fortification wall on the foot of the Acropolis.
