English: TOUR DU RWANDA allows African riders to highlight in the context of a passage in professional and well run in the top professional teams in the world’s elite.
Until 2008, TOUR DU RWANDA was a regional cycling race that brought together Rwandans but also riders from neighboring Burundi, Tanzania, Uganda. But now each year, riders from far away (USA, Belgium, Canada, France, ...) or closest (Kenya, South Africa, Eritrea, Algeria, Gabon, ..) are participating and challengie the Rwandan riders on their land.
Français : Le TOUR DU RWANDA permet aux coureurs africains de se démarquer dans le cadre d'un passage en professionnel et bien géré dans les meilleures équipes professionnelles de l'élite mondiale.
Jusqu'en 2008, le TOUR DU RWANDA était une course cycliste régionale qui rassemblait des Rwandais mais aussi des coureurs du Burundi, de la Tanzanie et de l'Ouganda voisins. Mais maintenant, chaque année, des coureurs venus de loin (USA, Belgique, Canada, France, ...) ou des plus proches (Kenya, Afrique du Sud, Erythrée, Algérie, Gabon, ..) participent et défient les coureurs rwandais sur leur terre.

Até 2008, o TOUR DU RWANDA era uma corrida regional de ciclismo que reunia ruandeses, mas também pilotos do vizinho Burundi, Tanzânia, Uganda. Mas agora a cada ano, pilotos de longe (EUA, Bélgica, Canadá, França, ...) ou mais próximos (Quênia, África do Sul, Eritreia, Argélia, Gabão ...) estão participando e desafiando os pilotos de Ruanda em suas terras.

Hasta 2008, TOUR DU RWANDA fue una carrera ciclista regional que reunió a ruandeses pero también a corredores de la vecina Burundi, Tanzania, Uganda. Pero ahora cada año, jinetes de muy lejos (EE. UU., Bélgica, Canadá, Francia, ...) o más cercanos (Kenia, Sudáfrica, Eritrea, Argelia, Gabón, ...) participan y desafían a los jinetes ruandeses en sus tierras.
