Description
English: Whitstable's first fire engine. One of the historic objects on display in Whitstable Museum. It was a manually operated, horse-drawn fire pump and was presented to the town in 1867 by the Norwich Union Fire Insurance Society Ltd. It was manned by 26 volunteers.
