When did the province of Quebec -- a sub-national entity within the country of Canada -- become a country in its own right?! I realise there are those who desire this to become a fact, but as of today it is not a fact. The whole country of Canada should therefore be shaded. --Craig (t|c) 18:44, 16 May 2018 (UTC)
