Need to flesh this article out, possibly using German Wikipedia version of this article as a template?[edit]

The Lightworks article on German Wikipedia ( Google Translate version in English) is considerably more fleshed out than the English Wikipedia version, with a more detailed version of the system's history, role, and capabilities.

It would be nice if the English version could be brought on par with the information on the German version, if anyone has the interest in updating it.

I work for EditShare, owner of Lightworks, so I don't think I can impartially do the editing myself. But if anyone cares to take a crack at it, that would be good :-) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cdevers (talkcontribs) 18:22, 28 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Open source plans[edit]

I can't find a reference to plans to release the software as open source on the current website. So I added a citation needed to the article. 50.83.92.171 (talk) 03:53, 4 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
