This template can be used on your user page or user talk page if you are unable to edit due to a power cut. (How you will be able to add the notice under such conditions is left as an exercise for the reader.) The template detects your username, and uses "he", "she", or "they" based on the gender you set in your preferences.

They may still able to access Wikipedia at other locations such as a phone, a terminal in another area, or a battery-powered laptop, but bear in mind these locations may not be convenient. As such, they will be taking a semi-wikibreak of indeterminate length.
