This group may have started life as Falange Nacional but the sources generally agree that they weren't Falangist in any real sense, being a more moderate centre party who just happened to have that name (see for instance A. Hennessy, 'Fascism and Populism in Latin America', W. Laqueur, Fascism: A Reader's Guide, Harmondsworth: Pelican, 1979, p. 288 or [1]). As such I can see no reason for this category to be included in the Falagists category, which is reserved for those who espoused the Spanish version of fascism or an indigenous copy, which this group never did.
