[Untitled][edit]

The Exotic Feline Rescue Center is similar to Shambala preserve already listed on wikipedia. EFRC is larger, takes in more animals, and is 501(c)(3). So why doesn't it qualify for wiki inclusion?

Wiki also includes Cat Tales Zoological Park!

"but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article"

I don't understand. Being in a movie and the subject of a book doesn't qualify as important or significant? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Stephendmccloud (talkcontribs) 14:55, 25 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Bear in mind that the existence of an article about a similar subject is not grounds for keeping an article. Having said that, your original version contained no references by which we could verify what you wrote. You have fixed that now, though some of the references are generic and donot refer specifically to the Center. But there's enough there to at least get it away from speedy-delete status. Another editor could propose it for a formal article for deletion discussion, though, so do your best to cite references that are specific to the Center to hwlp bolster your case. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 02:22, 26 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
