The article does not meet Wikipedia:Notability guidelines and I propose that the article should be deleted. Before re-adding the deletion tag, I wanted to open up a discussion here on the talk page for any editors who may oppose or have other thoughts. "Foreign policy of ___" or "Foreign relations of ___" are standard articles for sovereign nations, and entirely notable topics. In fact we have Foreign relations of Ukraine, a more substantial article, so I suggest merging and redirecting. Υπογράφω (talk) 16:35, 22 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
