A fact from Homura (song) appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 26 January 2021 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that with "Homura" and Leo-Nine, LiSA became the first female artist in 16 years to debut a song and an album simultaneously at number one in Japan since Utada Hikaru?
The following is an archived discussion of the DYK nomination of the article below. Please do not modify this page. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page (such as this nomination's talk page, the article's talk page or Wikipedia talk:Did you know), unless there is consensus to re-open the discussion at this page. No further edits should be made to this page.

... that with "Homura" and Leo-Nine, LiSA(pictured) became the first ever artist to simultaneously debut a song and an album at number one on Billboard Japan's charts? Source: [1]
Going to claim this for review and hope to finish this by tomorrow. So far the article looks good and the QPQ is acknowledged. Narutolovehinata5tccsdnew 13:21, 12 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Also another comment, but perhaps we can use a different image of LiSA here, like the one in her infobox? That's not really the most flattering picture we have of her. Narutolovehinata5tccsdnew 03:18, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Narutolovehinata5, thanks for willing to review the hook. The infobox image works totally fine for me. :) Ashleyyoursmile! 07:11, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Article meets DYK requirements, no close paraphrasing was found, QPQ done. Hook is cited inline and verified, but it appears to only be in an image caption rather than in the body? Probably needs to be duplicated in the body if it hasn't already. As mentioned earlier, the picture of LiSA that's used in the article and hook isn't flattering and probably needs to go. ALT0 is fine, but since Oricon and not Billboard is considered Japan's premiere music chart, perhaps alternate hooks based on that could be suggested too? If I recall correctly Homura broke some anime song-related records for Oricon (or was it Gurenge?) Narutolovehinata5tccsdnew 10:40, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Narutolovehinata5, anime charts are probably operated by Billboard Japan and just like you said, "Gurenge" topped the year-end chart, as far as I know. I have changed the picture. Here's another alt hook which revolves around Oricon.
ALT1: ... that with "Homura" and Leo-Nine, LiSA(pictured) became the first female artist in 16 years and 6 months to simultaneously debut a song and an album at number one on the Japanese Oricon charts since Utada Hikaru? Source: [2]
If you feel a photo of Utada Hikaru is more appropriate, we could do that as well. Ashleyyoursmile! 11:06, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
That hook is a little long, perhaps it would be better just to say "in over 16 years" or "since 20XX"? Narutolovehinata5tccsdnew 11:11, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Narutolovehinata5, agreed. Changing to "16 years" and also trimming the last part of the hook to simply "Japan". See if this works. Ashleyyoursmile! 11:21, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
ALT1a: ... that with "Homura" and Leo-Nine, LiSA(pictured) became the first female artist in 16 years to simultaneously debut a song and an album at number one in Japan since Utada Hikaru? Source: [3]
That sounds good. One last question before I approve this: do you think you will be able to write an article for Leo-Nine to make either ALT0 or ALT1a a double nomination? As LiSA is my second-favorite Japanese musician, her being featured on DYK again is nice. Narutolovehinata5tccsdnew 02:30, 14 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
As long as Leo-Nine also meets DYK requirements, just make the link to it bold in the hooks and it will be reviewed too. Narutolovehinata5tccsdnew 11:19, 14 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, so Leo-Nine also meets requirements of length, sourcing, and newness, and is free from close paraphrasing. The hooks are also mentioned there and cited to the same source. I forgot to mention this before, but as this is now a double nomination, another QPQ will need to be provided here too. Once that's done we will be good to go. Narutolovehinata5tccsdnew 09:52, 15 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Narutolovehinata5, QPQ done for Leo-Nine. See above. Also, can we go with ALT1a since you correctly pointed out that Oricon is the main chart in Japan? Ashleyyoursmile! 05:37, 16 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
