Request reason:

I was blocked by user k6ka. I just checked this talk page because I got a notification saying that I had new messages, and there was some edits that I didn't make associated with it, but it looks like I was blocked at a time that I wasn't even editing Wikipedia. The block page said that I was not able to create a username, and the email user page said I needed a username to contact the admin who made the block, so I'm trying this.1.136.107.13 (talk) 01:08, 14 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This IP falls within a range blocked to prevent an abusive user from harming Wikipedia. This can affect innocent people. If you were not responsible for the actions that led to the block, please request an account via WP:ACC so that your edits are your own and you are not affected by blocks caused by others. 331dot (talk) 08:09, 14 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hi 331dot; this IP address is a range used by Australia's largest telecom provider. I find it concerning that Wikipedia has banned this IP range. Are Australians considered persona non-grata on your website?
