From a weight perspective, the BLP is spiraling into what should probably be an article on the organization. There probably should be a split so the WP:NOTNEWS gets a different target page. My read is that Ekpa and his org(s) is not generally treated as separate topic in sources (all info on them is basically "Ekpa says"), but I was thinking some of the stuff might fit better at Insurgency in Southeastern Nigeria. Commented at afd. Another thing: WP:s citation auto-fill tools aren't perfect, and one needs to watch what they put in for example authors name, see Aloy_Ejimakor#References where 3/4 are wrong.
