  1. ^ Fletcher was born in Camberley, England, but also qualified to represent Wales internationally and made his international debut for Wales in 2004.
  2. ^ Moses was born in Lagos, Nigeria, but obtained asylum in England at the age of 11, and represented them at youth level before making his international debut for Nigeria in 2012.
  3. ^ Scannell was born in Croydon, England, but also qualified to represent the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland internationally through his father, as well as Jamaica, and has represented the Republic of Ireland at youth and B level.
