The 2023–24 Texas Tech Lady Raiders basketball team represents Texas Tech University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Lady Raiders, are led by fourth-year head coach Krista Gerlich and play their home games at the United Supermarkets Arena as members of the Big 12 Conference.[1]

Previous season[edit]

The Lady Raiders finished the season 20–15, 6–12 in Big 12 play to finish in eighth place. They lost to Kansas State in the Big 12 Tournament. They were invited to the WNIT where they defeated UTEP in the first round, SMU in the second round before losing to Arkansas in the super 16.
