The 2024–25 season of the Challenger Pro League is scheduled to begin in August 2024 and end in May 2025. It will be the third season under its new name after being renamed from First Division B.

Incoming[edit]
- La Louvière and Lokeren-Temse were promoted from the 2023–24 Belgian National Division 1.
Outgoing[edit]
- Beerschot and Dender EH were promoted to the 2024–25 Belgian Pro League, respectively as champions and runners-up.
- Seraing and SL16 FC were relegated to the 2024–25 Belgian National Division 1 after finishing in the bottom two positions.
