Jiří Lehečka defeated Jack Draper in the final, 4–6, 6–4, 6–3 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2024 Adelaide International.[1] It was his first ATP Tour title.

Novak Djokovic and Kwon Soon-woo were the reigning champions from the first and second editions of the 2023 tournament, respectively,[2] but either player did not participate this year.
