Aqa Baba-ye Faramarzi (Persian: اقابابافرامرزي)^[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Sina Rural District^[4] of the Central District of Varzaqan County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 221 in 56 households.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 174 people in 49 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 247 people in 83 households.^[2]
