Arindam Roy is an actor who works predominantly in Odia cinema apart from a few Bengali films.[3][4][1][5][6]
Career[edit]
Arindam Roy is an Indian Actor who works in the Odia film industry and Bengali film industry also, known as the Mega Action and Superstar of Ollywood for his athletic physique and high octane and real action.He started body building trend in Odia films. He is the highest paid actor in Ollywood and a very rich actor. When he went to Bengali Industry he changed his stage name to Rishi before changing it back to his original name.[7][8] Regarding his performance in the film Target Kolkata, a critic wrote that "Arindam Roy acted well, but if he wants to make a future in Tollywood, he needs to work on his Bengali diction".[9] His Odia film Babu Bhaijaan was the last film before COVID19 pandemic. After pandemic his movie RAM released in silver screens. It was under his home banner Ratna films (4th movie under this banner).
