Bilavar Rural District (Persian: دهستان بيله وار)[3] is in the Central District of Kamyaran County, Kurdistan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Shirvaneh.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 5,484 in 1,260 households.[6] There were 6,360 inhabitants in 1,708 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,903 in 2,010 households. The most populous of its 28 villages was Shirvaneh, with 2,092 people.[2]
