Cannon Clough

Barrie Cannon Clough (born 10 November 1995) is an American-Australian soccer player who plays as a defender for Canberra United.

Early life[edit]

Clough is a native of North Carolina, United States.[1][2]

Education[edit]

Clough attended the University of North Carolina in the United States, where she studied entrepreneurship.[3]

Career[edit]

Clough played for Australian second-tier side Lions FC, helping the club win the league.[4] After that, she signed her first professional contract with Australian top flight side Brisbane Roar.[5]

Style of play[edit]

Clough mainly operates as a defender and has been described as a "speedy and skillful full back".[6]

Personal life[edit]

Clough has been described as a "very good communicator".[7]
