Category:Musta'li imams

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Musta'li and Nizari sects divided over an imamate dispute around 1094 AD. Following the 19th and 20th imams, the Musta'li split between the Tayyibi and Hafizi factions around 1130 AD, with at-Tayyib Abu'l-Qasim being the only Tayyibi imam before that line ended with his claimed occultation. The Hafizi line continued with the Fatimid caliphs.
