Subcategorize?[edit]

Should we subcategorize these by specific years? For example, Category:Anime of 2000, Category:Anime of 2001, ... and perhaps Category:Anime currently airing. One benefit of such filtering would be easier ability to find the most recent anime out of all in this decade. —Tokek 15:32, 18 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, this list is expected to get VERY VERY BULKY. And apparently, it'll be a headache to arrange all this. KyuuA4 19:17, 15 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've begun sorting them. Any help is appreciated. ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 06:25, 27 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well, to start with, Haunted Junction is from the '90s, not the '00s. Also, Kikaida (character) is redundant, there's at least two other listings for the series itself (This link is also about the CHARACTER, not the anime). Rave Master: Special Attack Force is the game, NOT the anime, and has NO information about the anime. You may also think about not needing a separate listing for every single movie/special in a series, such as Case Closed or Naruto. Is the criteria Anime that is running in the decade, or that has STARTED in the decade? If the former, Pokemon needs to be added. These are just the ones I have handy. If something is categorized in the wrong place, recategorize it or remove the category if the cat is just plain wrong. The criteria are listed at the top of each cat: Anime TV series, movies, and OVAs first released from 1 January 2000 through 31 December 2009. (for this cat, as an example, emphasis added) ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 02:14, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Editing?[edit]

I've tried on several occasions to edit this page, since there are many mistakes: misdated series, games listed as tv shows, shows listed more than once, individual episodes listed and even non-existant shows, but it seems to be protected or something. At least, all I get is blank except for the category listing. Can someone explain this or check it out if an error? And if it's NOT a mistake, how can this list be corrected? This isn't a regular article (or an article at all). It's a category. If you want to remove (or add) an article from (to) this category, you must edit the article itself. You can do so by clicking on the link to the article listed here. ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 04:59, 27 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
