Container category[edit]

This is currently a container category, but contains one article - Sergio Vargas. That article would not seem to fit well into any of the sub-categories, so is there a case for removing the container status here? I would note that Category:21st-century Dominican Republic people and Category:19th-century Dominican Republic people are not container categories. Dunarc (talk) 23:42, 14 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
