Cleanup[edit]

I'm going through the category and I see some articles that could be cleaned out, and others that risk deletion if they're not expanded.

Keep for now, but expansion badly needed:

  • Acme (demogroup)
  • Doomsday (demogroup)
  • Northern Dragons
  • Pygmy Projects
  • PWP
  • Scoopex
  • Spaceballs (demogroup)
  • Spreadpoint

Unsure whether to keep or delete:

  • Alpha Design
  • IMR (demogroup)
  • Metalvotze
  • Ninjaforce
  • Rgba
  • TAAt
  • The Exceptions
  • Threestate
  • Ultra Force
  • X-Troll

Delete:

  • Castor Cracking Group
  • Delta Force (demogroup)
  • Gerbilsoft
  • Inner Circle (demogroup)
  • Reflex (Australia)
  • Tera (Australia)
  • The Force (Australia)
  • Tour de Future (Australia)
  • X-trade

Debate! Bear in mind, there's probably some bias on my part toward/against certain groups, and my knowledge of older groups from more obscure platforms like Atari or Spectrum is limited, so my judgment of those groups may be affected.

We need to apply an interpretation of the notability criteria. A quick search on Pouet shows me that tAAt, for example, has taken a few awards (6th at Evoke '03 and 3rd at TMDC '97) and they have over 94 productions. And Threestate has taken several awards (1st at Assembly '01 64k, 2nd at Takeover '00 PC Demo, 1st at The Party '99 non-3D, etc). These groups should probably be expanded. Ninjaforce, on the other hand, only has two productions listed...and while they did take 1st at Mekka Symposium '97 for the Wild Demo category, I would say that it doesn't have much notability. --Coplan 16:55, 5 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
