Hyphen[edit]

Why is there a hyphen in African American?--Marcus Brute (talk) 17:42, 29 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Where's my category for Fictional White People?[edit]

Where's my category for Fictional White People? Why do black people get their own category, but white people don't? That's racism.

Hypothetically, could a white, South African racist be included in this list? It's a flawed term, after all. --AWF

WOW, this category is ridiculous.06:41, 31 July 2007 (UTC)~~

--To AWF-- : I think it's because African Americans are considered a minority in america, and are not featured in fiction as often as White people. If you go to a different-language version of Wikipedia, maybe you'll find a category of White people. --Sparx-1

Guys, Barack Obama's real, I checked. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.166.116.164 (talk) 17:21, 15 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There is a category for fictional European-Americans, Asian-Americans and Native Americans also. Plus categories for fictional Germans, Russians, Chinese, etc. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.208.53.43 (talk) 13:37, 27 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
