Renaming[edit]

I sugesst renaming this article to something shorter like "fictional characters with plasticity" or "elasticity" or even "enhanced malleable". There should be a set name for the power. (Animedude 21:55, 26 August 2006 (UTC))[reply]

How about "Fictional elasticists", which would follow the naming precedent set by other subcategories in "Fictional characters by special ability"?Sandmaster 18:53, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I suppose it's a wikipedia style thing, but why does it have to be called "Fictional Characters who can stretch themselves?" Are we trying to differentiate this list from all the nonfictional characters who can stretch? Fitfatfighter 07:26, 1 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

meaning[edit]

does this list include characters with a mechanical ability to extend their limbs? (like Stilt-Man, or various robotic characters with extending limbs)

Eugene Victor Tooms[edit]

Character from the X-Files, he could stretch and squeeze through almost any opening. He should be added to this list. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.71.21.114 (talk) 18:16, 17 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
