I just wanted to let you know there are some mistakes in this article. "Blow" was set in the 70's "O'Brother Where Art Thou" was set in the 30's "Cars" is present day. There is one flashback that lasts about 10 seconds that I think was set in the 50's, but that hardly makes it worthy of being in this category. Also Back to the Future 2 and 3 were not set in the 50's (2 was 2015 and 3 was the wild west)

And not that it's important or anything, but you left out one of the BEST movies set in the late 50's...The Sandlot.

These are just the ones that I noticed right off as I read through. There may be other mistakes, I just can't think of them right now. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jrmsj (talkcontribs) 13:43, 11 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • The majority of Blow was set in the 1970s but the opening was set in the 1950s so at least a portion of the film was set then. Therefore the category applies. I can check out the others.Donmike10 (talk) 16:24, 11 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
