I too don't think this is trivial, and think a full Cfd discussion should take place about this. Debresser (talk) 11:43, 16 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
There might be enough articles to justify the Manchester categories, but not those for Wigan, Rochdale and so on. Rathfelder (talk) 23:01, 14 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Rathfelder Than those that didn't justify categories go in the "Greater Manchester" categories along the "Manchester" categories. ArmbrustTheHomunculus 16:02, 18 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose all, because cats by profession & city are justified when it's a large enough city for there to be enough members. There not being enough articles for similar cats for all the other boroughs for the same profession in GM doesn't mean that there shouldn't be cats for the city, for which there are enough articles. These cats should be withdrawn from speedy because they're not eligible for it. Jim Michael (talk) 00:53, 22 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
They are all eligible under C2E. Perhaps I should just empty them? Rathfelder (talk) 16:22, 28 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I thought the point of C2E was to permit the editor to change their mind? Rathfelder (talk) 21:20, 30 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Speedy criteria are necessary conditions, they are not sufficient conditions. They are only sufficient when there is no opposition. Marcocapelle (talk) 09:22, 1 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
