Contested deletion[edit]

I created this category as a meta-category for Categories Killings by law enforcement officers in Canada and Killings by law enforcement officers in the United States. The purpose is to give readers the ability to navigate through these subjects by region. I don't usually create categories, so possibly I need some help in linking it all together.
