Misleading title[edit]
The term religious law is not ambiguous and means, as the Wikiipedia article on it says, "[the] ethical and moral codes taught by religious traditions" such as Christianity, Islam, and so on.
That does not appear to be what this category is intended to be. The two current entries are both French laws (1, 2) concerning religion; that is, they are French law not religious law. If those examples represent the intent of the category, then the category should be renamed French law concerning religion or similar.
I'm aware of other category titles with parallel name style such as those in Category:Religious law by country and I haven't examined those so this may or may not apply to them as well. With the uptick of the application of Sharia law in the news in Britain, the immigrant crisis in Europe, and the use of religious law, whether legally or not in various places around the globe, a better category name is needed here to avoid ambiguity.
