Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because it is worded to distinguish between CAtegory:Military districts of the Russian Empire (1700s-1918) as opposed to the modern Russian Federation (1991-onwards). Without the RF distinction, it's impossible to be exactly sure which country one is dealing with !!--Buckshot06 (talk) 05:34, 5 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I think it is not necessary. Russia means modern Russia (1992-present). There are Category:Politics of the Tsardom of Russia, Category:Politics of the Russian Empire, Category:Politics of the Soviet Union, Category:Politics of Russia.
