Hang on[edit]

In the Anishinaabe subproject of the Indigenous Peoples of North America project, we are currently re-organizing the entire Anishinaabe-related categories and articles. We are asking for Category:Potawatomi tribe be deleted, and in its place replace with this category, Category:Potawatomi people and whole other subcategories of the Category:Anishinaabe peoples. The term "tribe" is not a favoured term since in Canada, the preferred term is "First Nation" and the Potawatomi are on both sides of that international boundary.
