Are all probation departments associated with counties?[edit]
The placement of this category in "county" categories (and no others) is wrong. Not all probation departments are county agencies. Indeed, in Tennessee this is a state government function organized by districts, some of which (but by no means all) coincided with counties: http://www.tn.gov/correction/fieldservices/fs_local_offices.shtml --Orlady (talk) 14:19, 22 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
