I shall have to stress this again: left-wing and socialism are not synonymous. The Radical Party was ecclectical, and possibly took inspiration from socialist programmes, but its inclusion creates confusion, and opposes its evident history as a mere left-of-the-centre party. Consider that it was in stiff competition with the party regrouping all socialist forces in the 1880s. Dahn 22:02, 5 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
