Treasure Trove[edit]

Its about time we renamed the whole category relating to this. 'Treasure Trove' as a legal definition has not been used in England since the introduction of the Treasure Act 1996 (see http://finds.org.uk/treasure and http://finds.org.uk/documents/advice.pdf for definitions).

'Treasure in...' or 'Treasure Cases in...' are much more technically correct.

'Treasure Trove' does still apply in Scotland, but for England and Wales this is not the case.
