To paraphrase your answer (for which, thanks) they are not in this category because no one has put them there. What I was really asking was 'Is there a rationale for their exclusion?' As there doesn't appear to be one, I have concluded that their absence is an oversight, and remedied it. Grubstreet (talk) 02:47, 19 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
