Redirect or not?[edit]

This category page used to be redirected across the namespaces to the Wikipedia:WikiProject_Maps#Participants page. That caused problems for the bots and humans that fix pages that have been erroneously categorised into redirected categories. Categories who are not meant to be empty should not be redirected.
