Choqa Kabud (Persian: چقاكبود), also Romanized as Choqā Kabūd,^[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Harsin County, Kermanshah province, Iran.^[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 182 in 48 households.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 136 people in 38 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 108 people in 30 households.^[2]
