Congress TV is a Philippine digital television channel owned and managed by government-run People's Television Network in collaboration with the House of Representatives of the Philippines.

Similar to the format of C-SPAN, CPAC, BBC Parliament, Phoenix, Sky News Extra, Vouli Tileorasi, and TVP Parlament, Congress TV primarily airs live plenary sessions, committee hearings and other House of Representatives-produced content on digital television.[1]

It was launched on January 22, 2024, and it is currently shown on digital terrestrial television via PTV digital subchannel 14.02 in Metro Manila, 42.02 in Metro Cebu, 45.03 in Metro Davao, Channel 2 in ABS-CBN TV Plus and Channel 10 in GMA Affordabox, Sulit TV, other digital boxes and digital-ready TV sets and through PTV and HoR's social media accounts from 9 am to 9 pm (PST) daily.[2][3]
